Rental Policies

In order for your booking to be confirmed a $250.00 deposit must be sent within 2 days of making your reservation. The remaining balance owed on your reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. All rates subject to 13% tax. * * Pool Heater: fee of $35.00 per day + tax

CANCELLATIONS & RESERVATION CHANGES: In the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties, please note that we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. Once your reservation is confirmed any cancellations, date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. If the property re-rents, we will refund your advance rental payment minus a $75.00 administration fee. Balance is due 30 prior arrivals if you cancel 31 days or more you will loose the entire deposit if we cannot re-rent the home for the same time period. If you cancel 30 days or less prior your arrival you will be charged the FULL RENTAL amount. When you make your reservation you have the opportunity to purchase Travel Insurance, if you decline your still agree to pay the Full Rental amount in case off cancellation.
