This charming coastal home is just steps from the beautiful sand and surf of the Gulf of Mexico. Built spring 2002 on South Padre Island, America’s up and coming favorite beach vacation spot. From the large covered deck, you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. If the sunshine is what you prefer, you can stretch out and relax on the back deck or beside a beautiful pool/hot tub. With three well-appointed bedrooms, two master suites, sleeping up to 10 guests with the use of a king size deck bed. Go for a ride on the beach cruiser bicycles, and there’s a game table for the kids. Additionally, there is cable TV, a surround sound DVD/CD home entertainment system and TV/DVD in each of the guest bedroom TV/VCR and Super Nintendo. The kitchen is fully equipped for even the gourmet guest and has a dishwasher, microwave, and more.

Rental Policies
Our caretakers will open the home for you the day of your arrival, or leave a key and assist you with any needs or questions you might have. There is a three-night minimum stay requirement, a cleaning fee and a one-night security deposit that is refunded within 7 days after your stay. At your request we can e-mail or regular mail you a reservation package.
