(A FEW Helpful Hints WHEN Comparing US: The Beach Penthouse is 1 level, NO lofts or stairs. We also offer private reserved parking, as opposed to parking on the street which is a challenge being so close to the beach. Finally, we are not located on a commercial thorough fare, next to the Highway (APS or 101) or railroad tracks. We are in an upscale residential enclave in the West Beach Area of Santa Barbara 2 blocks to the beach and the main street downtown. You do not need to hop on a bus or get in your car)

Rental Policies
A $300.00 refundable damage deposit is required and is refunded within 5 days of check out. Rates are subject to a 12% cleaning fee.
* A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, plus refundable security deposit, are required 30+ days prior to the stay, in order to secure a reservation. * The remaining 50% are due 30 days before check-in.
