Rental Policies
Deposit of 50% due within 10 days after making reservation. Balance due 10 days prior to 1st day of rental. Signed lease must be returned with deposit. In addition to rent, Sea Colony recreation fee badges may be purchased for $35.00/ person in peak season and $6.00/ person off season.
Lease may not be transferable or sublet by the tenant but in the event the reservations must be canceled, the owner will attempt to sublet that time period. If successful you will be assessed 15% of the full lease amount.
