Glenbrook Palms is a fully air conditioned, 4 bedroomed detached villa with it's own private pool and spa, situated only 10 minutes from Disney. With over 2000 sq ft, the villa provides luxurious accommodation for up to ten people. Glenbrook gives you the best of both worlds - after the thrills of the theme parks, come home and cool off in the privacy of your own pool and heated spa.

Glenbrook Palms is located just seven miles from DisneyWorld Florida. It takes approximately ten minutes to drive to the gates of Disney. With great access to the I-4 highway, all the attractions that Orlando has to offer are only moments away. The Glenbrook Resort is one of the only communities to have on-site management staff, so on arrival you will simply walk to the Resort Clubhouse to collect your keys. The clubhouse staff will also handle any enquiries you may have during your stay. The house is located on a premium plot which is south facing and backs onto a private lake.

Both the pool and spa can be heated and lit up at night. The pool faces south which means it gets the sun all day long. One of the most unique features of Glenbrook Palms is its location on a conservation area which means the pool backs on to a very private lake. On the pool deck you you can reserve your own personal barbecue gas grill to enjoy outdoor cooking at the house all year round.

Once inside the house you will be met by the beautiful living room and formal dining table. The living room also contains a large comfortable sofa bed. The spacious open plan family room is furnished with two sofas, an easy chair and coffee table. The TV is complemented by a VCR, DVD and Playstation 2 (which can be moved to another room if required). Free long distance (international) telephone calls are also provided as standard as well as free broadband internet access via your own laptop. If the kids can’t agree then you will find the Glenbrook Resort Clubhouse just across the road from the house. The house has a huge 52in TV which plays DVD’s. There is also a clubhouse games room with pool table, air hockey and fully equipped fitness gym. Outside there is a designer communal pool, tennis courts and beach volleyball area to make sure no one gets bored.

Rental Policies

A deposit is required. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card number must be given to act as a security deposit against extra days, loss or damage to the property above normal wear and tear during the rental period.

A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival , full refund less $50. 15-30 days prior to arrival, full refund less $250. Cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival are non refundable.
