Rental Rate Notes
Rates are based on minimum stay of 7nights. If stay is less then 5 nights additional cleaning fee in amount of $85 must be added.Rental Policies

Deposit in amount of $250 required to hold reservation. It is part of total rent. Balance of total rent due no later then 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive Confirmation Letter for your record after I receive a deposit and Registration form to be filled in and submited back to me. There is also security deposit required in the form of separate check in amount of $300 or credit card information. Credit Card will not be charge unless there is a damage to the house after you leave. If check is sent then refund will be sent back to you within 2 weeks of your departure.
Rental deposit can be refunded if cancellation is submited no later then 60 days prior to arrival.
