For those that can't seem to get away from the office we have Hi-Speed internet connection with wireless router. For kids young and old at heart we have an X-Box with a hadful of games. We also have over 80 VCR Movies to choose from in our video library. And in case case you forget your book, we have many to choose from. There is no other home like this one on the Oregon Coast. This property is located within walking distance to the Chinook Winds Casino and minutes away from two 18-hole golf courses (Lakeside and Salishan). Rental Rate Notes
9.5% City tax +1% State lodging tax. Non refundable $250 cleaning fee. Refundable $500 damage deposit.Rental Policies
We require a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $500 refundable damagedeposit. All rates are based on 12 people. We also require a signed rental agreement.
We require 50% of your total nights stay to hold your reservation. Remaining balance, 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
If we can fill the time you have reserved we will refund all of your deposit. If all or part of the time goes unused, the deposit will go towards paying for that time and any difference would then be refunded. Cancellation Fee is $100.00.
