The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, dishes, coffe maker, etc. There is a breakfast area in the kitchen for 4. There is also a formal dining area for 6. There is also a community pool/spa located just 50 yards away. The ceilings are all 12 foot and the main living areas have both free form natural slate and hickory wood floors. The kitchen has full granite countertops with maple cabinets. The home is tastefully decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood.

This property has a utility cap of $150 for weekly stays and $300 for monthly stays. Any amount exceeding that, is paid by the tenant. There is also a refundable security deposit due, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee due, and the use of a long distance calling card. This home requires NO SMOKING. Will consider some pets. Sorry, no cats.
