El Faro Ocean Front Apartments is located at Mar Chiquita Beach, in Manatí, Puerto Rico (featured by Yanna Arthus-Bertrand in his world wide expositions of aerial photographs of unique world locations). Located on the north coast, 40 minutes west of San Juan's (sju) international airport.
Our two story building have two units on each floor, each with two ample bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living/dining room, front and rear balconies. The second floor apartments have a jacuzzi on the master bedroom with ocean view. The bedrooms are air conditioned, have ceiling fans throughout, ample parking.
The building sits over 100 feet above sea level where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes that are constantly blown by the Trade Winds and can sleep with the soothing sound of the ocean waves and spectacular sunsets.
Mar Chiquita and adjoining secluded sandy beaches with warm 80+ degree of clear & clean water are just a short 3 minutes walk from the ocean front apartments.

Take day trips to spelunk with guided tours the underground Camuy River (www.prtc.net/~lascuevas). Visit Cornell University’s Ionosphere Observatory, (www.naic.edu/ ) the world’s largest radio telescope the site of extraterrestrial scientific experimentation the James Bond movie Golden Eye. Enjoy local cuisine in small restaurants along rural roads. Visit the mountain town of Utuado where you can visit the Taino Indian’s Caguana ceremonial park. Rental Rate Notes
Minimum 2 nights. Additional persons over 4 will have a surcharge of US$20.00 per night. Apartments with jacussi will have a US$50.00 surcharge over the basic rate. A damage/reservation deposit is required by credit card within three days of booking reservation. An advance payment of fifty (50%) percent of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival date.The balance of the rental rate is due fourteen (14) days before arrival date. Multi-week discount available. Rate are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
