Description of the Property
Enjoy spectacular sunsets and views from this privately owned 14th floor luxury condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Sand Key in Clearwater Beach. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room look out to the white sandy beach, and the sparkling waters of Clearwater Beach. The beach is wide, with white sand and no crowds. Lighthouse Towers was recently renovated, and has 24-hour security, a heated pool, tennis court, and much more. Sand Key is an upscale section of Clearwater, with shopping and restaurants nearby.
Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Cookware, flatware, and dishes are provided, as well as towels and linens for your convenience. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with a new mattress, and a walk-in closet. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Two TV's with cable are provided, as well as wireless internet, CD player, and a Vcr/dvd player.
The views from this condo are spectacular!

Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates, $100 condo lease fee, plus a one-time housekeeping fee of $75.00. A $250 security deposit is required.
