There is a $350 cleaning fee. Your refundable $500 security deposit will reserve your dates, your balance is due 45 days prior to your stay. This amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any damage. Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. Minimum night stay is 3-7 nights There is a 5 night minimum during peak seasons, but we will try to work with you, especially last minute.
Your $500 security deposit will reserve your dates, your balance is due 45 days prior to your stay. Your security amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
All rents and deposits are non-refundable once paid.
