Cabin in Lake Tahoe. Walk to the beach from this nicely maintained, cozy cabin located in beautiful Cave Rock area, just across the street from the beach & boat launch, and a minute to Zephyr Cove Resort area. Features include views of the lake and sacred Indian site of Cave Rock. Newer carpet & furnishings in cabin. There is a redwood deck with table and chairs off of the first floor perfect for outdoor BBQ's. Convenience of walking to the beach for picnics and fishing off the rocks. Five minutes to Round Hill Shopping Center for groceries and ten minutes to casinos. Great for the small family vacation with four adults and two children max. There is a small futon in living room and two lightweight single mattresses for young adults. Lakeview bedroom has a queen bed with TV and second bedroom has double bed.

Skiing at Heavenly Valley 10 minutes, 2 minutes to Zephyr Cove for boat excursions, rentals, jetskis, parasailing, volleyball, horsebackriding, snowmobiling in winter, great restaurants and shops. Big Round Hill Village Mall just five minutes for groceries, restaurants, video, pizza. Casinos few minutes more for dining and top name entertainers., ski gondola, new Heavenly Village with shops, theaters, retaurants, etc. Edgewood golf course nearby.

Rental Rate Notes
Two nights minimum stay required except for: Summer stays require a five night minimum stay summer from May 23-September 28, 2008 All three day holidays require three days minimum stay and five nights for Christmas and New Years weeks. Payment for all rentals are due by personal, business, cashiers check or money orders only made payable to Tahoe Escapes, P.O. Box 1301, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be made by cashiers check or money order only For all last minute reservations, payments will be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items, or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations.
Full refund if reservation cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departure or holiday reservations. All holiday reservations are due in full within two weeks of confrimation and are non-refundable.
