The Sebring lodge was built in 1999 and is located in a quite neighborhood above the town of Silverthorne in the heart of Summit County. It is a short 10-15 minute drive to all four major ski areas and only 1 mile to 80 factory outlet stores, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Dillon. Every room has a great view, while four rooms have massive river rock fireplaces. Huge log beams, 10 balcony's and decks, private hot tub, 25 foot cathedral ceilings, warm in-floor heating, and a spacious floor plan are just a few of the characteristics of this dynamic 4,400 square foot log home. Each of the five bedrooms has beautiful Aspen log furniture and comfortable beds with real "Goose Down" comforters. This one of a kind home has three master suites, each with its own large bathroom and a door to an outside balcony. The other two bedrooms share a large, private bath. When you stay in our Sebring log home, you will be spoiled with the quality of the construction. Come visit our flower-filled meadows and breathe the fresh mountain air. Rental Policies
A two night deposit will secure your Reservation. Winter and Summer rentals require a 7 night stay. Fewer nights are available during the off season. Balance of payment is due 40-50 days prior to check-in. Keys, maps, tickets, etc. will be mailed to your home. Refundable damage deposit is $350. Check-in is 3:30pm and check-out is 10:00am.
No Refunds if cancellations are after 6 weeks from booking, unless the period can be rebooked, in which case a one night fee will be forfeited. NO Smoking inside of home and NO pets Please. Thankyou.
