Don't bother packing a beach towel, we provide those as well. Rental Policies
No pets, No Smoking inside house, 7 person maximum. Saturdays to Saturdays in the summer and 3 day minimum all other times. Rates reflect a 3% discount for cash, check or money order. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card accepted.
A deposit of $500 is required to secure selected dates. 50% of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Rentals run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. $350 Refundable Security Deposit secured with a credit card is required.
If we receive notification of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits are refunded, less a $100 handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented.
