Rental Rate Notes
ALL HOLIDAYS ARE SUBJECT TO RENTAL RATE CHANGES.Rental Policies
All rental fees include an 11% accommodations tax.A $100.00 cleaning fee will be added to all Oct. - Feb rentals. No one under 21 years of age may rent. We do not rent to college students. No house parties are allowed.
A $300.00 damage deposit will serve as your rental deposit and will be returned if the house is left in good condition.
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to reservation date.
