South Lake Tahoe vacation rental cabin in beautiful, private Zephyr Cove Homeowners Association. Quaint and cozy cabin located a block from the private homeowners association beach. Great lakeview off the front large deck with huge barbeque, table and lounge chairs. We call this our 'dollhouse' - all knotty pine interior with antiques and nicely decorated and maintained atmosphere. New carpet and window coverings December 2005. Great for a couple getaway or small family of four to five. Double bed in each bedroom plus single window box bed in living room. Walk next-door to all of the activities the Zephyr Cove Resort has to offer - boat excursions and rentals, lodge with great restaurant and shop, horseback riding and snowmobiling backcountry outings. Only a minute to shopping at Round Hill Village, five to downtown casinos and new ski gondola area with lots of new shops, restaurants, shuttles, ice skating, theaters, etc. Walk next door for unlimited activites at Zephy Cove Resort - horseback riding, snowmobiling, boat rentals, excursions, volleyball and nice restaurant, shops and shuttles. Skiing in winter only five minutes away.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by personal check, travelers/registered checks, cashiers check or money order only. Full refund if reservation is cancelled a min. of 30 days prior to arriveal. 1-29 days cancellation, no refunds, however, we would be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of cancellation - based upon availability in property to reschedule. Reservatons made less than 21 days prior to arrival must be paid in full by cashiers check only. All holiday reservations or beach front/beach accesss summer rentals are due in full within 10 days of making reservation and are non-refundable. A cleaning fee of $75 will be added to rates plus 10% occupancy tax.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. When signing the agreement, you are agreeing to pay for any and all damages, excessive cleaning or missing or damaged items in the unlikely occurence that any of these should happen during the stay at the property.
