After breakfast, head to the beach (two steps from your backdoor) for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. As far as food, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from. But, many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental….life doesn't get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.
This vacation rental is a home away from home. You will not feel like you are in a hotel room. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast.
Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach!

~Mid Season: 7 nights during spring break, 3 nights during remainder

Rental Policies
$500 down at the time of signing and 90 days prior to arrival payment in full. All rent monies are non-refundable unless we re-rent the unit at which time you will be refunded all rent monies except a $500 re-renting fee. Holiday rates are higher
$500.00 pre-paid rent will be collected at the time of signing for each week reserved. Rates for holiday weeks may be higher
The prepaid rent is non-refundable. Remaining blance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Rent money is non-refundable. We will make every effort to re-rent the premises for the period of the rental agreement. If the premises are re-rented, lessor will refund any excess rent collected, less a $500 re-renting fee.
