Rental Policies
There is a 2-night minimum stay EXCEPT during July and August which is 3 nights and some holidays. HOLIDAY RATES ARE HIGHER...Holiday rates range from $350 to $450/night. Please call. We require a 4 night minimum stay for holiday periods unless otherwise noted. We require a $130 cleaning fee ($150 Holidays) that includes all your linens and towels, including beach towels and the home is cleaned upon your departure. No smoking. Evidence of smoking in home will result in forfeit of deposit. $20.00 charge for lost keys. Rates are subject to change without notice.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit ($700 Holidays) $130 Cleaning Fee ($150 Holidays) (All Linens and Towels are Provided)
Security Deposit refunded 30 days after rental dates. Cancellation Policy: 45 days...full refund: 44-30 days...50% of rental fee; Within 29 days...no refund unless rerented to someone else
