This wonderful vacation cabin is located in beautiful, historic Zephyr Cove, just minutes from casinos, shopping and skiing. Property is beautifully maintained and features a hot tub on the deck, a one minute walk to the homeowners association private beach and pier area, and a nice lawn/play area for the children. Walk next door to the Zephyr Cove Resort for unlimited activities such as boat excursions, rentals, parasailing, jetskis, snowmobile excursions, horseback riding and shuttles to downtown area five minutes away or shuttles to other areas and activities. Shop and restaurant in lodge as well with lots of beach sports and activities in the summer. Perfect for the family getaway or honeymoon couple. Kitchen and bath totally remodeled in past year as well as all new furnishings, doors and windows. Very well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and plenty of linens, bedding, etc. One king bed in downstairs entry level wth living/dining/kitchen areas and bath and king bed in second upstairs bedroom and two twins in loft area upstairs with second bath. Use of a private boat buoy available right in cove in summer months at an addtional cost of $150/week. Vhrp 306-309

Rental Rate Notes
Two nights minimum stay required except as follows: All three day holidays require three night minimum stay and Christmas and New Year's week require five nights minimum stay. Payment for all rentals to be made by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only payable to Tahoe Escapes, P.O. Box 1301, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be made by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmaton agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, utwhen signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing itmes, or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations and all reservations for lake front or beach access properties in summer months.
Full refund if reservation is cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays and lake/beach access reservations not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we would be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departures or holiday, lakefront and beach access reservations. All holiday, lakefront and beach access reservations are due in full within two weeks of confirmaton and are non-refundable.
