This is an elevator equipped building built in 1999 surrounded by lots of open space. Our building is across from the Community Center and heated pool. Wireless high speed internet available at the community center for your laptop. There is also a computer and printer there for your use, also a small library and exercise room. This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!
Special golf privileges available at the Prestigious Marsh Creek Country Club located just one mile from our condo. This is a Private Country Club open to members and guests only. Renter must pay greens and cart fees.

Our unit has everything for your perfect vacation. You will enjoy our 1120 foot condo which includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed (new mattress set 2006) 26" LCD TV with DVD player (2008) . The triple dresser has all the room you need for your belongings. Also has it's own private bath with a walk-in shower. Brand new carpet in Master Bedroom (2007).
The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, 26" LCD TV (2008) & a vcr/dvd player. Brand new carpet in Guest Bedroom (2007). The second bathroom has a tub with shower.
The Living Room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and 37" LCD TV (2008) & vcr/dvd player. New tile floors in Living and Dining rooms (2007).
The fully equipped Kitchen includes small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, can opener, electric skillet, full size mixer and crock pot. A full size over-the-stove microwave was added in 2005. Lots of dinnerware, silverware, bakeware, cookware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items you will need are provided. Brand new side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in door (2009). Brand new super capacity front load washer & dryer (2008). Brand new dishwasher (2008). New tile floors (2007). All new window blinds (2008).
The Dining room has an oversized table which seats 6 people and a computer desk with printer stand and a surge protector for your computer.

Rental Policies
Additional charges are a $75 cleaning fee, a $25 reservation fee and 9% FL sales tax. No boats, trailers, jet skis or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property. Credit Cards, Cash, money orders, cashiers checks or travelers checks are accepted for payment of rental.
$250.00 security deposit is required to secure a reservation. $500.00 security deposit is required for rentals of one month or more. Full payment of balance is due 14 days in advance of arrival for weekly rentals and 30 days in advance of arrival for monthly rentals.
Cancellation Policies: For Monthly rentals January - March: Cancellations made before September 30th, reservation fee only. Cancellations made between Oct 1st & Nov 30th - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. Cancellations made after Dec 1st - 1 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. For Monthly rentals - April - December: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival - deposit plus reservation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. For Weekly rentals: Cancellations made prior to 90 days of arrival - reservation fee only. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival and prior to 14 days of arrival - deposit (including taxes) plus reservation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival - 1 night rental (including taxes) plus deposit, plus reservation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate & taxes plus the reservation fee.
