Ocean Village Club is a beautiful condo resort of 18 buildings nestled between the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and Highway A1A. Treat yourself to a vacation in our beautifully furnished condo which is a sunny corner unit on the second floor where the only foot traffic in front of your door will be your own! This is an elevator equipped building built in 1999 surrounded by lots of open space. Our building is across from the Community Center and heated pool. Wireless high speed internet available at the community center for your laptop. There is also a computer and printer there for your use, also a small library and exercise room. This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!

Special golf privileges available at the Prestigious Marsh Creek Country Club located just one mile from our condo. This is a Private Country Club open to members and guests only. Renter must pay greens and cart fees.

Our unit has everything for your perfect vacation. You will enjoy our 1120 foot condo which includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 26" LCD TV with DVD player (2008) . The triple dresser has all the room you need for your belongings. Also has it's own private bath with a walk-in shower. Brand new carpet in Master Bedroom (2007).

The Guest Bedroom has twin beds (new mattress set 2010) , 26" LCD TV (2008) & a vcr/dvd player. Brand new carpet in Guest Bedroom (2007). The second bathroom has a tub with shower.

The Living Room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and 37" LCD TV (2008) & vcr/dvd player. New tile floors in Living and Dining rooms (2007).

The fully equipped Kitchen includes small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, can opener, electric skillet, full size mixer and crock pot. A full size over-the-stove microwave. Lots of dinnerware, silverware, bakeware, cookware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items you will need are provided. Brand new side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in door (2009). Brand new large capacity front load washer & dryer (2008). Brand new dishwasher (2008). New tile floors (2007). All new window blinds (2008).

The Dining room set seats 6 people (new 2010) and a small computer desk (new 2010) with a surge protector for your computer.

This beautiful sunny corner unit condo is maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment. Includes cable TV, ceiling fans with lights, lots of linens, free local phone calls and all the comforts of home!

There are 2 pools (one heated), tennis & shuffleboard courts in this beautiful gated oceanside complex. We are a short 5 minute walk within the complex to the ocean (no public roads to cross).

Minutes away is the Nation's Oldest City, historic and quaint St. Augustine with all the charm of its Spanish heritage, championship golf, marinas and water sports. Please remember that our condo is a NonSmoking, No Pets unit and all occupants must be 25 years or older unless children accompanied by parents. The maximum occupancy is 6 people including children of all ages. No Exceptions!
