Rental Policies

Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11am. Saturday check outs may require a departure as early as 9:00am. No smoking will be tolerated in the home. Violators will forfeit their security deposit to pay for clean-up expenses. No more than 2 well-behaved pets allowed. There will be a $25 per pet charge added to your departure cleaning fee. Guests are fully liable and responsible for safety in and around the pool and spa, especially with their younger children. The home has double knob features on all exterior patio access doors, however there is no fencing on patio around pool. A lost gate sensor will incur a $75 charge deducted from the security deposit. Pool season runs April 1st-October 31st. Heating of the pool during non-pool season months will incur a gas charge of $250/week. No charge for heating of just the spa. There are a heated community pool and spa 2 blocks away that are available for use.

Guest is required to pay 50% of total at time of booking. The remaining balance, a $150 departure clean fee, plus a $500 security deposit, is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refunded within 2 weeks to the guest upon satisfactory check-out.

Guest is to provide 60 days advance notice of cancelation for a full refund of deposit. A reservation canceled inside 60 days prior to arrival will receive no refund, but amount may be applied to a future reservation at the property. A reservation canceled within 30 days of stay and after full payment will receive reimbursement of all fees except for the initial 50% rental rate deposit.
