Scenario 101 Returning from a fun filled day at the parks to the Sunbird Villa. Dipping or swimming into a crystal clear, "Super Sized" 32' x 16 ' "Solar Heated Pool", which remains at about 85 degrees. Pool has been known too occasionally even reach temperatures similar to a Hottub, during summer months and depending on the outside air temperature in Florida. Pool is built into extended decking. Solar panels are located on the roof and are heated by the SUN. Energy is created and sent thru the system to heat the water in the pool. Follow my tip and USE the provided operate. Also Elective USE of electric heater in Combination with the solar system Boosts the pool water temperature up to even Higher degrees. Then you too can better obtain and maintain the temperature of the pool water and have it, "Hot", "Hot", "Hot", for those of you who prefer to Enjoy the pool that way. Air Balloons & Sky Writers Fly Over The Villa. You will be viewing a nature reserve, where you can watch different species of bird life in the sylvan from the deck, Cranes, Herons, Turkey Buzzaeds and Woodpeckers to name a few.Tip : Do bring your opera glass or binoculars.

We call our Super Spacious house The Sunbird Villa. The Executive Villa is detached and bright because, it has a window or two in every room. It is fully air conditioned has, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is available for rent. The house is furnished with high quality furniture, Professionally decorated by the owners in Tropical and Disney settings. There are 2 dining rooms, and 2 family rooms that are decorated in Tropical themes. There is a large cable TV, VCR ,DVD and Stero /CD player. There is wireless Internet service. Patio doors lead from family room straight to the covered lanai and the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There's an unforgettable Skylight in the kitchen. During the day-light gaze at the reflected rays throughout the area. At first we use to check the area to see if we had forgetten a light on. On a clear night just before retiring for the night, look up thru the Skylight and Count the Stars. There is a seperate and complete Laundry room provided.

The Master bedroom ( Poolside), is decorated in a Tropical theme and has a Queen size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, cable TV, ceiling fan. En -suite bathroom, Lots of Natural Light With Blinds and a HUGE roundish Garden Soaking tub (regular type). There are Armrests & A Backrest and the resting seat inside the tub bearing resemblance to of all things a bottom!. There is a seperate glass enclosed double walk-in shower shower, 2 sinks in vanity cabinets, pocket doors and a seperate toilet area. There are Large mirrors, pictures on the walls and a door that leads to the pool area.

Second bedroom has twin beds that are decorated in a Tropical theme with a matching ceiling fan, cable TV.

Third bedroom has two sets of multi colored bunk beds, beautifully decorated in a Disney theme. Cable TV WITH DVD Player. The Kids will love it!

Baby crib and equipment.

The house sleeps 9 Counting Baby and is ideal for a large family or two families to share.(4 adults and 4 children & 1 Baby).

There is a private Super Sized South facing Solar Heated, lighted POOl. At night you can swim in the dark or sit on the deck or sit on the resting seat that is located on the deep end of the pool and admire the shades of aqua water in the lighted pool which is, 30'x16' and screened in, that's built into the extra decking. While in the pool look out over the woodlands and the lake to the rear, it offers an unspoiled, beautiful view. There is a Hot Tub! with color changing lights. The property is enclosed on both sides with fences that have flowering vines and plants all around, for your privacy. If you are not going out on a particular evening why not spend it outdoors on the deck. Tip : Start just before sunset and watch the sun going down into the lake and nature reserve. Smell the Jasmine vines ( fragrant white flowers, when in bloom). Listen to the Frogs and chirping sounds made by the Crickets. How time does fly. Tip : Better check your watch at 9 P.M. Then suddenly BoooooooM BoooooooM BoooooooM echos of repetition, It's the sounds of fireworks all coming from, no other than, "Disney World!."

Most Importantly!. Our Management Company is actually based on the site of the division. So, that you can be in your villa in minutes rather than driving around to collect or return keys, etc. The Management company is on call 24 hrs. . Management gives priority to emergencys. I make myself available as much as possible for my guests to call me if they have any questions.

Policies- Check in after 4 P.M. Guests must vacate before 10:00 A.M. day of departure.Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the reservations date will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancelled within 14 days of rental date. There will be a signed Terms & Conditions Agreement Form.
