Rental Policies
There is a first nights rent "non refundable" deposit to reserve the Coast House today to be received within 5 days of date when reservation was made. Holidays and Coastal Events apply as peak season rates.
All funds except the non refundable first nights rent received may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date.
