We do have a large wrap around deck on two sides of the house with a propane barbeque.

Rental Policies
$200.00 per night off season (2 night minimum), $1400.00 per week during the peak season. A one time fee of $100.00 for cleaning. A deposit of 1/2 down when booking and 1/2 due 2 weeks prior to stay. You may check with us to see if more flerxible in/out times are available. *Black Butte Ranch does charge a $4.00 per day per person (6 and over) fee from March 1 thru the month of October and then $2.00 per day the rest of the year. This is payable at the time you register when entering the Ranch.
1/2 due on booking, the other 1/2 due 2 weeks prior to stay.
Deposit not refunded upon cancellation.
