Saturday to Saturday Rentals. NOTE: I also represent several Gulf front, luxury homes that accommodate between six and fourteen guests, as well as several properties located within short walking distance of the Gulf. If interested, please inquire at same email address listed.
Standard additional fee's include; 20%, or $300.00 (whichever is greater) deposit on major credit card to secure reservation. $40.00 guest service fee, $35.00 management booking fee, 2.5 % damage waiver fee and 11% Florida tax. Balance is due by check thirty days prior to arrival.
