Well behaved pets welcome with extra deposit. Pets must be flea free, clean, no chewing and have excellent potty training. Dogs must be crated when guests are away. Guests must clean yard upon departure.

Refundable Security - Damage deposit of 300.00 required. 125.00 cleaning fee applies. Sales tax applies. To book pay 50% of rent for weekly rentals. One months rent for monthly. 30 days notice required for full refund of deposit. 24 and over to rent. Extra security may be required for pets.
