The property has breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding cays and virgin beaches. Guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic views both inside and on the wrap around balconies, which is one of the many features of the property. The main living area is spacious and has a tray ceiling which accentuates the space. It is fully equipped with full kitchen, telephones ceiling fans, washer, dryer, air conditioning throughout and satellite TV. The beautiful turquoise ocean water, of which Exuma is fabled, is just feet from the door, along with a freshwater shared pool. Guests can also benefit from all the facilities of the resort, including tennis courts, fitness centre, marina and docking facilities. The villa will accommodate 4 adults comfortably, but a fold away bed & a babies cot/crib can be made available by arrangement. Eating out in Great Exuma, Bahamas is informal and the food is simple but well cooked. The Chat and Chill on Stocking Island is a must for island food and drink, but be careful, the Rum Punches are very potent!! The Peace and Plenty is also very good along with the Two Turtles in George Town. The recently opened Four Seasons Hotel at Emerald Bay offers excellent fare too. If you prefer to eat in the villa and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from your own patio, then that is no problem. The villa has full kitchen facilities and there are several well stocked mini supermarkets in George Town, with groceries and fresh produce to satisfy most tastes. You can do as little or as much as you want at Seacroft Villa, Great Exuma, Bahamas. The island is very safe and has no shopping malls, pollution or stress! It does have everything else necessary to relax and unwind, or for those with more active interests, play golf, windsurf, snorkel, diver or explore the many surrounding Cays and virgin beaches. If you are lucky, you will see dolphins and other fantastic sea life. This beautiful villa is in the most perfect of locations and is one of only a very small number available for vacation rental.
