Rental Policies
*** NO SMOKING *** *** NO PETS *** 9% Florida Sales Tax. Security Deposit $200. Cleaning Fee $125. MAXIMUM - 6 PEOPLE. Check-in/Check-out: Early check-ins/late check-outs gladly offered to all guests subject to availability. If prior arrangements are not confirmed with Linda check-in is 4PM, check-out is 10AM. Payment in full due three weeks before arrival. We cannot rent to anyone under 25 years of age. To make a reservation, a security deposit of $200 (refundable) is required and is held as a damage deposit. Refunds for cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to check-in on one week rentals - 60 days prior otherwise. All refunds subject to a $25 processing fee. Rates subject to change without notice (special holidays slightly higher). We are not responsible for any articles left behind.
