Located on beautiful Balboa "little" Island, this top duplex views the Newport Beach bay from the deck off the spacious living room. It's a short walk to the quaint main street of Balboa Island where you find restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, and the famous ice cream parlors of Balboa! The historic ferry (the longest running ferry in the United States) takes you to the Balboa Peninsula, where amenities exist such as biking, skating, the fun zone, fishing, the boardwalk, the blue Pacific ocean, and Balboa Pier.

Disneyland, golf, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, wind surfing, hiking and riding trails and Catalina Island are just a few of the activities available a short distance away, and if you are up for a full day of shopping, Fashion Island is just a few miles away.

We rent saturday-saturday only, unless there is a holiday change.

Rental Policies

. 1/2 of rental amount required at time of booking, 1/2 two weeks prior to rental time. Refundable security deposit required at time of booking. Cleaning deposit of $100.00 required. If one month stay or more, cleaning service comes every other week, tenant responsible for paying $75.00 for cleaning service. No smoking, no pets!
