Rental Rate Notes
One month minimum. Seasonal rates starting at $4,000 per month.Rental Policies
One month minimum rental period. Security Deposit and Lease Agreement required. Advance reservations required. Hawaii Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax of 12.9525% is additional. Standard cleaning fee is $157.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A $500 Reservation Deposit is required to hold the booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Security Deposit is required along with the signed Lease Agreement. Any Reservation Deposit previously paid will be credited toward the Security Deposit.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations should be in writing, sent via e-mail (preferred), fax, courier, or regular mail. You may cancel your reservation at any time prior to signing the Lease Agreement. The Reservation Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 90 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. The Reservation Deposit is also fully refundable if you cancel no more than 7 days after you have received the lease documents. Otherwise, the Reservation Deposit is forfeited. Prior to ratifying the Lease Agreement, I may cancel a booking at any time for any reason, in which case all Deposits will be promptly refunded, and I shall have no further obligations to you. SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND: The Security Deposit, less a retainer for any potential unpaid obligations of the Tenant, will be promptly refunded within 14 days after termination, as provided in the Lease Agreement and as required by Hawaii law. The retained Security Deposit will be refunded at the end of the month following termination upon final accounting of all charges.
