Rental Policies
USVI 8% Hotel tax, $500 security deposit. 50% deposit at booking remainder 2 weeks prior to arrival Full refund policy for cancellation made 60 days prior to arrival, 10% re-stocking fee thereafter.
50% deposit at time of booking + $500 refundable security fee.
Half of the deposit is refunded if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund if villa is rebooked.
