Christmas and New Years @ $1,050 / week, $190 / night . Minimum stay for March is one week. Minimum stay for June thru September is 3 nights.Rental Policies
No Additional Taxes. Checks, Credit Cards and PayPal accepted. 50% due at time of reservation, balance due 30 days before check in. Check in time 3:00 pm -- Check out time 10:00 am
Refundable Security Deposit $200.00. Cleaning Fee $125.
Cancellations prior to 60 days receive full refund less a 5% processing fee. Inside of 60 days, may be applied to a future stay.
