CANCELLATION: You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel after 60 days of your arrival you will not receive your $300.00 deposit refund.
For advance reservations, please submit a $300 deposit.
Prior to sixty [60] days of arrival the deposit is refunded; after, or less that sixty [60] days, none of the deposit is refunded.
