Rental Policies
1. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am. 2. A deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be made within 10 days of booking a reservation. This deposit will become a security deposit from which a $100.00 cleaning fee shall be deducted from. The balance will be refunded when the home is returned in about the same condition it was given, and with a complete inventory. 3. Full Rental payment must be received 45 days prior to the commencement of the rental date. 5. CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing. We will refund your full deposit and payment if notice of cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the rental commencement date. 4. Holiday Weekend rates (i.e. Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
