Good Day Sunshine is our fantastic 3 story duplex with 2 Gulf front suites, garage and room for 4 vehicles. Perfect for large family reunions, corporate retreats, and special occasions. Sleeps 18 comfortably with living room and kitchen on second floor with second half kitchen on first floor.
Spectacular views to East and West give you fantastic sunset and shoreline viewing in both directions. Watch the kids play on our private beach from the huge decks on 3 levels.
Step right out to the beach. 3 new king beds, a queen suite, and bunk room for 8 and nicely furnished. Queen sleeper in second living room on third floor. All bedrooms have TVs. The living room has CD, DVD, and VCR.
First floor features: 2 bedrooms (1 Gulf front King suite with large deck and one is has a queen bed) each bedroom has its own full bath. The beachfront king suite features a kitchenette and a jacuzzi in the full bath. Second floor features: Living room and dining room on Gulf with private deck. Huge family kitchen. King suite with full bath.
Third Floor Features: King suite and full bath on Gulf with deck overlooking the beach. Second living room with sleeper sofa, TV area and full bath. Huge bunk room for 8.
Each floor has private decks with great views right on the Gulf.

Rental Policies
Reservations require deposit (advance payment). Cancellations made one hundred twenty (90) days or more prior to arrival date will forfeit a charge of $350.00. Cancellations made one hundred twenty (90) days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit the entire advance payment. All rates subject to change without notice. Cleaning fees, and taxes extra. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees when warranted. Age Requirements Renters must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. Any person making a reservation must occupy the unit. Absolutely no underage drinking will be permitted on the property. Pets Allowed with pet fee and prior arrangement. Family Members For purposes of our family member discount, family members are defined as people related by blood or marriage, such as husbands and wives, children, bothers and sisters, cousins, grandparents, etc. This does not include sorority sisters or fraternity brothers. This discount requires that a responsible adult family member will stay in the unit with any children under the age of 25 during the entire stay and will assume responsibility for the unit.. Deposit of $1500 required to confirm reservation. Additional damage deposit required. Please read our terms and conditions on owner's website.
Cancellation prior to 90 days before arrival date - we will charge $350 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 90 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
