Rental Policies
Saturday to Saturday reservations. Tax is included in the above rates. Payment is by bank wire, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. (NO additional charge for credit card payment.) Multiple week reservations must be by the same guests as the first week.
Reservation deposit is 50% with balance due 91 days prior to arrival. Security deposit required.
Up to 91 days prior to arrival, full refund of any moneys paid less 10% of the total rent. 90 days or less prior to arrival, no refund. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
