Our newly constructed home is ideal for family gatherings to enjoy the wide variety of mountain sports in the historic Leadville area. It's a spectacular home in the nicest subdivision in the area on a very private 5 acre lot. The master bedroom includes a balcony overlooking the living room, vaulted ceilings, bathroom with two sinks, and large tub/shower with dual showerheads. There's a second master suite with attached bathroom plus another bath and bedroom and a game room with pool table in the lower level (making 6 sleeping rooms plus 5 baths). Everything is included, cable TV, TV in every bedroom, Dvd/cd players, 42" Hdtv, high-end surround sound system, computer w/printer and high speed internet, internet connections in bedrooms, second computer in finished laundry room, spectacular 5 foot tall all glass free-standing fireplace, very private deck, 3 car attached garage with five bikes for guests.

Summer activities such as rafting and horse riding are 20-45 minutes to the South, hiking and biking is everywhere, including the 160 acre common area that's part of the subdivision (you can fish in the Arkansas river that flows through the subdivision common area), golf is five minutes away, a night out at a fine restaurant in Vail is 40 minutes North, local restaurants are fun as well. Or, simply enjoy an evening around the outdoor firepit.

Winter activities such as downhill skiing are only a short drive: 10 minutes to Ski Cooper, 25 minutes to Copper Mountain, and 45 minutes to Vail/Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone/A-Basin, Loveland, and 80 minutes to Monarch.

The design of this home is perfect for family gatherings. It offers large bedrooms for comfortable "time away from everyone space'' and multiple areas for groups to gather and watch their favorite movies, play games, or just relax with conversation.

Quality décor is done in a pleasing southwest style. Main living areas have a beautiful hand trawled plaster finish. Room furnishings are continuous in style, not mismatched or over crowded, and regularly updated.

An Oxygen machine is on site for guests that may suffer from high altitude nausea. For our European guests, two bathrooms have 230V continental power outlets.

Rental Policies

Above rates: Monthly rates are not rates, they represent the maximum number of guests for nightly or weekly rates. Weekly rate for four guests assumes a family of two adults and two children. Rates for four adults are slightly higher. Four night minimum stay required. Add 25% for holiday weeks. No smoking. No Pets. No motorized off-road vehicles allowed in subdivision. Cleaning service is provided and included in the price, inquire if willing to do own cleaning.

A $250 reservation/security deposit is required to reserve your stay. The security and reservation deposit will be promptly returned upon satisfactory check-out. Our payment and cancellation policy is as follows: -50% of the total cost (not including deposits) is due 45 days prior to arrival and is to include a $250 large group security deposit for groups of 9 or more. -Holiday weeks require 25%, 180 days in advance, with 25% due at 45 days (plus the large group secuity deposit). -The remaining 50% is due 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 service fee. Cancellations made 44 days or less (179 days for holiday weeks), all monies are forfeited unless the home is rebooked; the amount recovered is refunded, less the $100 service fee.
