Rental Policies
Rates include tax. Payment is by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. (NO additional fee for credit card payment.) Check-in may be any day of the week.
50% reservation deposit. Balance is due 91 days prior to arrval.
Up to 91 days prior to arrival, full refund of money paid less 10% of total rent cancellation fee. 90-61 days, 50% refund. 60 days or less, no refund. Christmas and New Years when available are non-refundable regardless of when cancelled.
