The Forever Views is a stunning home with amazing 180 degree views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean from two large decks where you can eat, relax and enjoy the warm California sunshine. This home has lots of space and has been very well maintained. There are three floors in the home with an elevator for elderly or disabled guests. This home also has a fireplace, wet bar, telescope, ping pong table, floor to ceiling french doors, high ceilings, skylights and lots of windows, a laundry room, garage and more. This home is perfect for large families, multiple families or group gatherings as there is sleeping space for 16, and more than enough room for everyone.
The top floor of the house hosts the master suite which has french doors that open up to the top floor deck and allows the guests a beautiful view of the ocean from the comfortable queen size bed. The master suite also includes walk in closet, dressing table, dual bathroom sinks and custom tiled, oversized jacuzzi bathtub and shower area. The deck on this floor of the house has beautiful teak outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ so you can enjoy the soft ocean breeze and beautiful unobstructed view of the sunset while eating dinner or just relaxing. The comfortable seating area in the top floor living room includes a working gas fireplace, desk/writing area, french doors that open up onto the deck and a large telescope to watch for whales and dolphins playing in the water. This floor also includes a dining area with beautiful wood table and built in buffet, half bath and spacious kitchen. The full kitchen includes double oven, gas range top, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and double sided sink. The spacious cabinets and counter tops create more room than you will know what to do with while preparing a meal for your entire family. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal.
The second floor of the house has another large deck with patio furniture and french doors that open up to make the indoor rooms feel as if they are one with the outdoor deck area. This floor is the entertainment center of the house. The living room on this floor includes a wet bar with icemaker, color television with full cable channels, another dining table with a chess set and other games for guests to enjoy. The first bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and there is an additional sofa sleeper bed just off the living area. This floor also has a large bathroom with custom tiled bathtub/shower area, a laundry area and access to the garage.
The bottom floor of the house is includes seating area with three couches, stereo system, and a full size ping pong table and other fun activities for kids or playful adults to enjoy. There are a total of 6 twin size beds on this floor of the house. There is also a handicapped accessible bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower.

No Smoking No Pets
To reserve your dates, 50% of the total rent is required for deposit. The remaining rent plus taxes and other fees will be due 15 days prior to your arrival date.
The cancellation policy for all our properties is as follows: Should either party wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation must be sent via certified mail and received more than 60 days prior to arrival date. If guest's cancellation notice is received more than 60 days in advance of arrival date, we will refund all of the reservation deposit (minus a 3% credit card handling fee is a credit card was used to secure payment). If cancellation notice is received less than 60 days in advance of arrival date and the property is re-rented at the same rate to another party, we will refund all of the reservation deposit except a $300 cancellation fee. If the property is not re-rented, we will retain the entire reservation deposit. It is unlikely, however, if we must cancel your reservation, notice shall be given a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date and all monies received will be refunded to you within 3 business days of cancellation notice.
