FOR HOLIDAYS: $3,000.00/ month and rate 4,000.00 for 3 months min!!!! Deposits Down payment is 40% from full amount to reserve the condo today. After that you receive agreement by mail or email. Also we take $100 cleaning fee. Security deposit is $1,000. Refunds Down Payment may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 45 days prior to the reservation date. We take $250.00 from deposit to cover our expenses.

Rental Policies

Deposits Down payment is 40% from full amount to reserve the condo today. After that you receive agreement by mail or email. Also we take $150 cleaning fee. Security deposit is $1000.

Refunds Down Payment may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 45 days prior to the reservation date. We take $250.00 from deposit to cover our expenses.
