Beautiful Tavernier water-front rental, The house is located at mile marker 90 and 3/4, it sits on the ocean side of the Keyes with immediate access to the ocean and Gulf of Mexico. I am truly proud of the way I designed my 3 bedroom 2 bath house so that the kitchen, dining room, teak bar and living room area is one open space where you can cook, entertain with friends and enjoy the water view from every angle. Also, I designed the 55 x 10 foot terrace to overlook the water as well as the master bedroom. In the groundfloor, our dock is 55 feet long,it includes davits, a fishing station and shower. If you prefer not to attend the beaches, you can sunbathe on the dock and swim in the canal. Come and spend time and enjoy the peaceful location we call our Paradise! Ps: Bring your boat.

Just minutes away from the house, there are two beaches, Plantation Yacht Harbor and Harry Harris Park with playgrounds and marina. You can visit the famous Holiday Isle and Ticki Bar minutes away. Only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Key West and Miami International Airport. There is also a shopping center, theatre, Blockbuster, Eckerds, McDonalds. You can also eat at the finest restaurants in the Keys. There are several festivals throughout the year within minutes that you can eat local foods, see boat shows, fishing tournaments, and dance to live music.

Rental Policies

There is $ 500.00 to secure the date of the rental. This deposit shall be received as soon as posible.

The refund of $500.00 will be disbursed upon a complete inspection of the house with seven (7) days.
