$200.00 Required to hold reservations. We accept Mchg/Visa & Amx. This is applied to the total bill. There is no damage deposit required. However, the card number will be help until after check out walk through inspection of the condo is done. If there is any damage you may be charged up to $200.00 damages on the charge card. Cancellation must be made 21 days prior to arrival date. There is no guarantee of the $200.00 deposit refund if cancellation is made after the 21 days. For more information about cancellation policy call and a website will be provided. Monthly rentals are required to put a $400.00 deposit down and must cancell 60 days in advance to recieve a refund of the deposit.
