The Beach Palms is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental home with a private pool and large pool deck on Isle of Palms inside the Wild Dunes Resort (just off Hole 4 of the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course). This beautifully decorated home is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Close enough to hear the ocean and feel the breezes. Inside Wild Dunes Resort just minutes away to Golf, Marina, Restaurants, shopping and historic downtown Charleston. When USA Today compiled a list of the cleanest beaches in America. Isle of Palms was included as one of the cleanest in the United States and the only beach in South Carolina to make the list. CATV/VCR/Stereo/DVD player. Rental Rate Notes

May 26-September 7, rentals are a full week minimum and will run from Sunday to Sunday only. Daily Rates available from September 6, 2008 until Feb 28, 2009 with a three night minimum stay.

Rental Policies

Taxes and fees are not included in quoted rates. 11.5% State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees plus a 8% Reservation Fee are added to all quoted rates of less than 90 days. In Season Weeks run from Sunday to Sunday only. Daily Rates are available in the Off-Season with a three night stay minimum. Arrival time is 4 PM - Departure time is 10 AM. Renters are responsible for all telephone toll charges and if renting for 1 month or longer, renters are responsible for all utilities (Electric, Gas & Water) except Cable TV. No smoking inside the house.

Damage Deposits: Cash Damage Deposits will be refunded by U.S. mail within 15 days of departure and will include invoices for damages and/or cleaning, if any. Credit Card Damage Deposits are not actually charged unless damage and/or cleaning is required. In that event, invoices and credit card receipts will be mailed. Pets are accepted with the payment of a $200 non-refundable pet deposit and the back yard, pool deck and pool are enclosed by a fence that is perfect for pets.

Cancellation Policy: A. GUEST CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. If you cancel your reservation, the confirmation deposit will be held until the property has been booked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are NO exceptions. If the property is reserved for only part of the rental period or for less rent for the reserved days, the deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period. All guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation-processing fee of 10% of the rental rate ($100.00 Minimum). B. A home that is unacceptable to the guest is considered a cancellation. C. Island Realty may cancel a Reservation, if, in its sole opinion, it is in the best interest of the Owner. D. Island Realty is not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds.
