Rental Policies
50% deposit required to hold reservation. Date deposit is received determines booking priority. First come-First served. Reservations are Payable in full 30 days prior to arrival. Key will be sent to renter, via mail, 1 weeks prior to arrival date. No smoking or pets Please. Check in time is 3:00PM & check out time is 11:00AM. Rental will be professionally cleaned, including linens, upon each departure. However, please treat rental as your home...do not trash. Help us cut costs by leaving house clean. Cleaning deposit is $250. You can do as much or as little as you like. The more you do the more refund you will receive. Minimum charge is $135.00. There is a 12% tax.
