Verify rates before booking by emailing us. *Special discount rates for Fall and Winter rentals* CHECK-IN TIME IS 5:00PM (Homes) Keys are NOT available until the unit is ready for occupancy. No exceptions to this policy will be made. CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 10:00 A.M. (Guest not departing as agreed is subject to additional charge.) CANCELLATION POLICY - For a refund of monies, cancellation must be in writing and received 60 days prior to arrival date for villas, 90 days for homes (less administration fee, the greater of $30 or 2% of deposit). Any cancellation after these time periods will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellation Insurance is available for an additional fee (This insurance is available only to guests who reside in the U.S. and Canada. Third party reservations are also not eligible.)
