Description of the Property
Lovely 2350 sq. ft. vacation home located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the popular Tatum Highland Ranch area. This home has it all,heated swimming pool, small putting green,views of the mountains, hot air balloons that you can watch from the top balcony, desert walking area, horseback riding and shopping are close by.
Our home is fully furnished with 3 queens and 1 King bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a garden tub and a balcony which offer some spectacular views of sunsets,sunrises,mountains and the hot air balloons. The den offers a queen sofa bed,internet access and a fax machine for your convience.
The downstairs area is very open. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare meals. We have three dining areas one in the kitchen and the formal dining room which even has the china for a special occasion. You may also choose to eat outdoors on the veranda. There you can barbecue and play in the pool.
You may choose to sit on the veranda after a hard day golfing,hiking,shopping in Scottsdale ect. there you can enjoy the sunset or do alittle putting or chipping on the green or jump in the pool it's your vacatiion and we just want to help make it great.
So, weather, Scottsdale, Phoenix or surrounding areas are your destination we are close to it all but give you the privacy of a home. You can lounge in your pj's out on the patio by the pool and there's no one to bother you. The privacy is great here and we know you will enjoy it.

Rental Rate Notes
Parties of more than 8 we do charge extra. WE also have a $600 security deposit. $75 cleaning fee and if you wish to use the pool in the winter it is $225 a week. Cleaning fee $125Rental Policies
Our home allows for a max of 10 guests. Over 8 and we do charge extra,$50. No smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed with owner approval and a pet deposit. During the winter we do charge extra for heating the pool. The pool is fenced for your protection and that of small children. We also have a security deposit of $600, which is refundable upon inspection. A cleaning fee of $125 Pet deposit is non refundable and we charge $150 for cleaning of carpets upon departure.
During the winter we do charge extra for heating the pool as it is quite expensive. (It runs $225.a week) We require a 50% rental deposit at the time of booking the home. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. The security deposit is $600.00 which is also due 30 days prior to arrival and will be fully refunded upon inspection of our home by our caretaker. The cleaning fee is $125 $150 non refundable pet charge if pet is approved.
The security deposit is fully refundable as long as the home is left in the same condition that it was found. We understand that some minor things may get broken accidently and would not charge for them. It's the actual condition of the home and its contents that we are concerened about That is why the higher security deposit. This is our home and we have alot of pride in it and hope people will treat it as they would their own. If you need to cancel or change your reservation we will try to accomodate you. We do require that half the deposit be kept if we can not rent it out on short cancellation notice.
