You are surrounded by water! Our Pensacola Pelican faces the Sound/Bay, and about a block behind our home is the beautiful, turquoise Gulf of Mexico, with the beginning of the Gulf Islands National Seashore with its sugar white sand. This is one of the narrowest parts of Pensacola Beach.
There are literally miles of pristine, undeveloped white sand Gulf beach as far as you can see! If you prefer not to walk the one block to the Gulf, there is also a parking area just outside our community across the road, with a boardwalk across the dunes!
We are on the east end of Pensacola Beach, nestled directly beside Portofino, the premier vacation resort on the entire Gulf Coast. You can't get a better location!
The private community pool is just a few steps away, between our home and the Gulf, within the subdivision. You can also swim, fish, or dock your boat or jet ski off the pier.
Hard day at play on the beach? Rinse off with our hot and cold outdoor shower when you get home. Need to unwind at the end of the day? Relax in our master bedroom whirlpool tub, then get cozy in a lawn chair on one of our decks and watch the beautiful sunset. You can choose from a 10' x 30' covered patio, 10' x 30 ' covered deck, or 10' x 25' open, bird's-eye-view top deck.
Pensacola Beach is a great place to unwind! It is not as crowded as other vacation areas nearby, and you can actually sometimes be the only one on the beach when the sun comes up, or the moon makes the ocean sparkle like diamonds!
Our home is your home! All our furnishings are new, and we have furnished it as if we were going to live there. You will find many amenities in our home that you won't find in other vacation homes, such as bicycles, family games, beach towels, pool mattresses, blow dryers, books, kitchen equipment to cook and serve at least 20, cookbooks, charcoal grill and gas grill.
Our dining room table seats 8, in addition to the bar that seats 4. All together, with the 2 sofas and individual chairs, we can seat at least 22+ in the open dining room/living room!
There is a 36" television with surround sound and DVD player in the living room, and a TV in every bedroom, some with Dvd/vcr players.
Highspeed wireless DSL.
Bed sizes include 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin long, 1 twin, 1 roll away, and 2 queen sized sleeper sofas. A twin long bed is the same length as a king sized bed and half the width.
All linens are provided. Our sheets are quality sheets and our towels are white and soft!

Rental Rate Notes
Discount Special !! June 5-13, 2009 Reduced from $3100/week to $1550/week! Please call for Holiday rates. No Cleaning Fee if rented for a week. $125 Cleaning Fee if rented for less than a week. We will consider shorter term rentals during the Off Season. Please call to discuss.Rental Policies
NO SMOKING - NO PETS - NO TOLERANCE We have worked very hard to make sure our homes are clean, well equipped, and smell good! If there is any evidence of smoking &/or pets anywhere on our premises, you will be evicted immediately with no refund of any monies paid, including rent and Security Deposit. Please call for Holiday rates. No Cleaning Fee if rented for a week. $125 Cleaning Fee if rented for less than a week. $1000 Security Deposit – Refundable if no damage. 11.5% tax on weekly rental rate. Advance Deposit is ˝ of weekly rent due at time of reservation. Cancellation - Must be in writing. Every attempt shall be made to re-rent the home. If the home cannot be re-rented, your Advance Deposit will be forfeited. In the event cancellation is made four weeks or less prior to check in, entire amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented.
Rental rates do not include 11.5% tax and are subject to change without notice. Advance Deposit - One half of total rental due at time of reservation. Security Deposit - $1000 - refundable if no damage. Other half of rent, 11.5% tax, and Security Deposit due four weeks prior to check in.
Cancellation - Every attempt shall be made to re-rent the home. If the home cannot be re-rented, your Advance Deposit will be forfeited. In the event cancellation is made four weeks or less prior to check in, entire amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented.
