Private pool - perfect 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home. The 15x30 pool is heated and surrounded by a patio lanai. The pool is solar heated, year round.
Tile throughout, bedrooms are carpeted. 2012 new furnishings to include bedroom sets and kitchen/dining room furniture. Living room and family room furniture is also new. Wireless Internet and Comcast Cable TVs
We are 15 minutes from all Disney area attractions. Fishing near vacation home, 20 minutes away. This rental is family friendly. A small pet is ok - 25 pounds or less.
The bass fishing is great and Kissimmee is the Bass capital of the world. The Kissimmee Chain is home of some of the biggest tornaments and it's not unusual to catch bass in the 5-10 pound range. Also huge catfish!
Our vacation home is near golf courses and Cocoa Beach is only 45 minutes away. Cocoa Beach iis a charming and very clean beach community. Owners live in St. Cloud, the next town over and we are happy to be of help if you need us.
