Located just a block from forest, meadows and trails for winter or summer hikes, biking, cross country skiing or just for a breath of fresh air. Big fireplace and hearth in living room with TV/DVD player and one of the 4 bedrooms also has TV. Nice for FOUR couples or family getaway of 10 or possibly up to 12 comfortable in this home with three bedrooms having queen beds, fourth LARGE bedroom having a king and queen bed for a total of 5 large beds Three of the bedrooms could accompany a small crib or childs sleeping area if necessary. Two bedrooms upstairs with bath and two bedrooms downstairs with bath and washer/dryer area. Deck off the front of the house with benches and table and chairs in summer or in garage for use in the winter when it is nice.

Rental Rate Notes
Two nights minimum stay required except the following: All three day holidays require a three night minimum stay with Christmas and New Years weeks requiring a five night min. stay. Please call if you have questions or need assistance.800-406-1333Rental Policies
Payment for all rentals are by personal, business, cashiers check or money orders only made payableto Tahoe Escapes, P.O. Box 1301, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrval, payment must be made by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmaton agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items, or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations.
Full refund if cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departure or holiday reservations. All holiday reservations are due within two weeks of confirmation and are non-refundable.
