Rentals are available for a 3 night minimum, weekly, monthly or for the winter season. Rates are slightly higher for bike and race weeks. Sorry, No Pets Allowed.
There is a $300.00 deposit to reserve your condo today. All rentals are subject to 6% county and 6.5% state tax and a $70.00 cleaning fee.
$275.00 of the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 90 days prior to reservation date.
